We are an online fashion wholesaler in Malaysia since 2010. We supply imported women fashion apparels and provide dropship service to our customers and recently we just launched our platform service.
We help create and build websites for you, and it will automatically sync products, inventory, orders with our main website to your website. Thus, save you time and energy to manually update all the products info and orders, so you can focus on bringing in more sales & income.
Dropship is a type of order fulfillment method where you do not need to keep the stocks that you sell. Meaning you can sell all the products that your supplier has. And, when you sell a product, then only you buy the product from the supplier and they will ship the product directly to your customers. You do not need to handle the packing, checking and delivery process as well.
I already have domain name, can I use it?
Yes you can. Please choose "I will update my nameservers on my existing domain" during sign up and we will send you instruction on how to point your domain name to our servers.
Can I add my own products to the website?
Yes you can. Its available for Advanced Plan user.
How do I get paid?
Your website is ready to accept several payment methods. Your customers can make payment to you via bank transfer, or via PayPal (for credit card users). You just need to sign up with PayPal and enter your PayPal email address at admin config page, and you are ready to accept credit card payments.
How do I pay for the products I sold?
You can choose to pay for the products when your customers make payment to you or you can choose to use our prepaid packages so you can enjoy more discount on product cost. For normal payment, just inform us when you make payment to us. For prepaid payment, when you have order, you just need to 1 click "Pay Whizet" button at the order info, we will receive the payment notice and auto deduct from your prepaid balance, and we will ship out your order.
How do I handle customer return?
We will help you with each return request. You simply need to inform us the order number and the reason of the return or exchange. Return policy also will be ready at your website so your customers understand your return rules before requesting to return.
How can I mark up the product price?
You can choose to mark up the all products price with 1 click. Or you can select individual products to mark up differently from the rest of other products. You can also choose to mark up by value (RM) or by percentage (%).
How long does it takes to setup my website?
We promise to deliver your website with full products within 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Sometimes faster depend on the sign up queue. We setup the websites based on first come first serve.
Can I pay by installment?
Yes, by credit card using Molpay online payment gateway. We currently offer 3 months easy installment plan.
